With Wisconsin growing in manufacturing, it is vital that the available workforce grows with it. We have worked closely with many of the states organizations that represent the manufacturers of Wisconsin to develop a special curriculum for developing the workforce in this area. Covering everything from the manufacturing metrics and required math skills to machine set-up, operation and shop floor etiquette, this course is a sure-fire for a career in manufacturing. We serve some of the largest manufacturers in the area, we've paid close attention to what is required to help companies continue to thrive and grow a diverse workforce. To ensure a real-world experience in the training process, we have invested in a full, scale operational manufacturing shop that provides hands-on experience in CNC, laser cutters, and general assembly.  Trainees are able to gain knowledge in a controlled environment where the errors associated with learning doesn't affect the company.
